M. Hocker –
Well thought out and convenient
I used to dig around in pouches and pockets for various bits, sometimes– too frequently– having to climb down from where I was working to get the bit I needed. This device allows me to carry several different bits/drills all in one place, and as I use a belt loop to attach the carabiner style, the pull the collar to release is very convenient. The pull collar is much more convenient than having to push in the collar despite the small risk of catching on something and releasing the bit unexpectedly. Push in collars are the kind used for things like key rings.I’ll be getting another one to keep spare bits, you know, for when you drop that particular bit from two stories up…Pros: — keeps several bits in one place easy to reach — secure, light weight — pull collar is both very easy to use and convenient to use — makes it easy to carry more bits than you think you’ll need, because previously you always needed one type you don’t have with you — doesn’t tie up space in pouches or pockets. I used to use the small pockets for the bits, but digging out the one at the bottom– it is always the one at the bottom that is needed right?– can be fraught when up high on a ladder or scaffold. All those other bits try to fall out while getting to the one on the bottom. Where is the pet monkey when you need him to get that bit 20 feet below.Cons: — rarely (but possible) to catch the pull collar on something and lose a bit. I can buy a lot of bits by saving a few hours of time over a year even including the initial investment — if you lose this gadget with all the bits, well, you are going to be hurting. Fortunately the carabiner has a threaded fastener to reduce the odds of this happening when working.

It’s worth the money
if you are reading this then just get it. I promise you will like it.You won’t have to leave what you are doin to to get the right bits because you will have them already. It holds your bits in tightly so you dont have to worry or keep checking if they are all thereI am a “Post Framer” and I recommend this product it does what it’s supposed to making my job quicker and easier if you still do worry about your bits falling out and loosing them I recommend you clip them onto your tool belt above your bag or pouch so if by chance one does fall it will do so into your bag or pouch I do it just as a precaution

A little pricey, but seem decent enough
I got the “upgraded” steel version (not the aluminum version), and the actual bit holders seem like they’re decently built. The only issue I’ve noticed is with the carabiner’s (which is made of aluminum rather than steel) locking mechanism. The “lock” can spin forever in either the locked or unlocked position, so it makes it seem cheap, but it does do the job (though I would probably take the “lock” off as it would get in the way of quickly clipping or I clipping the carabiner onto a bag or belt, and will likely be swapping out the carabiner entirely for a stainless steel carabiner I have extras of, which is much sturdier and has a stronger spring).

Just be aware
Haven’t to be careful because of the design of the bit holder, because you pull the collar to insert the bits it’s also easy for you to rub up against some with them hanging off you and catch the collar releasing the bits.
Jerry Taylor –
Easy
Although I have not had these bit holders long enough to honestly declare durability, they seem to be well built and operate smoothly. They are handy to keep my bits and screw drivers together and easily sorted.
Amazon Customer –
Very handy when switching bits frequently.
The tool is very handy when switching between bits frequently. I wish I would have gotten one sooner. One of the bit holders was defective and the bit would fall out. The seller was very responsive and sent a replacement.

Missing pieces.
I like the ones that actually made it but I only received 4 of the 6 bit holders. When it was brought to their attention they offered me a refund. The carabiner is good, I like that it locks. It’s all sort of cheap aluminum but for the price I wouldn’t complain, the mechanics of it are very neat and handy.

One of the best things I’ve bought
One was broken and you have to add a little bit of oil to them but definitely nice if you do things where you have to switch bits a lot
Jacob Stentz –
Does exactly what I needed it to. Holds all my most frequently used bits.
Easy to use and does exactly what it should. Keeps all my most frequently used bits in one place that is within reach.

One kind is great, the other isn’t
If you get these, make sure to get the kind with the knurled pull knobs (they have a texture on the colored part that releases the bit). The other ones pull out toward the bit to release. If you reach down past them and brush them, they’ll release on you. I lost a couple of bits that way. The knurled ones pull UP away from the bit; they won’t release accidentally. Sadly, the good ones only come with five holders, the bad ones come with six.

Worked great
Nothing much to say except they worked great as they were advertised. I like using them. Only thing I would suggest is attaching to something that can be pulled out from the belt or wherever you attach like some have for keys.

CONVENIENT WAY TO KEEP YOUR BITS AT HAND EITHER ON YOUR TOOL BELT OR DRILL/IMPACT DRIVER HOLSTER
This is the second one of these that I’ve purchased because I was tired of FUMBLING for bits that were pressed into those little tite slots in your drill holster or rolling around lose in your big pouch hoping that they’ll be there at the end of the day! This convenient little device, based on a quick release key organizer elevates all of that & contribute peace of mind that they’ll be there at the end of the day & always at your fingertips.
Tom K –
Works as intended, great way to organize your bits and keeping them on your tool belt.
I think the latching mechanism for the bit can use improvements. It holds the bit, but doesn’t feel like its “locked in” securely. Other than that, it is a must have if you use multiple bits on the job site. No more getting a nail or screw under the fingernail when digging in your pouch for a bit.

Great, when they work.
I ordered one with more bit holders than I need, good thing because one did not work AT ALL. So as long as you don’t need ALL of the bits to work – good product.

Good price, ease of use, small, light weight.
Works as intended though I have only been using it for 3 weeks now. They are incredibly handy for quick swaps of bits as I do. They hold well, release very easily, the color coding is trick for quick search and not bulky were it gets in the way. Great product, good price, I mean what else can I say.Side Note:Use some lubricant time to time or else dirt and debris build up on the bearings. I used PB cause that’s what I had then used compressor tool oil since I have tons of it.

The bit holders are plastic but have held up well
I thought they were going to break in a week , it’s been over a month of daily hard use and they are still working great
Keith Soldner –
Pretty good except one thing
Keeps your bits handy. Well made. The only criticism that I have is that you pull the collar down (toward the end of the bit) to release. With this clipped to your tool belt the bits hand down so if you catch the collar on something it will release the bit when you don’t want it to. This happened to me on my first day of usage. It would have been much better to pull the collar the other direction to reduce the likelihood of unwanted bit release.

Convenient!
My husband loves this little gadget. He uses it at work. He even bough one for his co-worker. Very convenient for access to the small tools needed instead of reaching all the way into his tool pouch to find what he needs.

Must have !!!!
I work in industrial insulation for pipes and we use 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 self tapping nuts for the sheet metal. This thing is very helpful when I’m on a scaffold/job. No need to look around for my bits, all my bits, nut drivers are all in one place and easy access!
J. Hilson –
Great idea
This is one of those perfect to give things that anyone doing projects around the house that involves driving various screws with different driver bits will appreciate. A perfect stocking stuffer or small gift.It holds 5 bits with color coded holders so you can both carry the bits and quickly locate them as you need them while keeping them on your belt loop. Load it up with the bits you need for the job you are doing. No need to carry a case of bits it cramming them in your pocket.

Sliced bread
This is amazing. I build decks and have to switch drill bits a lot. This is very convenient. This is as good as sliced bread when it comes to new technologies. It’s almost as good as alien technology.

Nice tool to have.
For the most part these work well, however twice I have had a bit fall out. This also happed a couple times to people I work with, but overall I like them. There should be a purple and a yellow one. T15 bits are often purple and T10 are often yellow, so I have to use blue for my T15 (which should be a T40) and orange for my T10 unfortunately.

Bought this to hold my bits on my tool bag for quick access. It works and reasonably priced.

It’s a good idea but one of the bit holders arrived faulty.
I give it 4 stars but not 5 because one of the bit holders was faulty and would not accept a 1/4” hex bit.5 out of the 6 work just fine though.
Ian Mazursky –
Great!
This is a genius invention! Finally I can have my bits on a D ring and not have to search through a box or bag.I have sets dedicated to hex, Philips and flat, nut drivers….etc.They’re working out great and I can definitely recommend getting a few sets.
